My favourite thing about today was getting to know Keke better. After
church we went to dinner and laughed as the ahjummas looked at us super
strangely. Then we went for a walk around and I discovered her fondness
for sneakers and beauty products before we sat in a coffee shop and
talked for ages.
I love those initial conversations
when you're figuring out who your new friend is. The longer we chatted
the more the layers were peeling back to reveal someone very cool
indeed.
We have practically everything in common (so
I'm cool by association). It's scary. When she mentioned that she'd done
a Whole30 I nearly cried. It's meant to be. Thank you Lord!
