I had the day off today and it was glorious. I took the track out to Costco to stock up on some things. I was pretty disappointed by the lack of avocado and crockpots, but that's ok because I stopped at Emart on the way home and bought a Korean version.

I got home and stuck on the bone broth straight away. I can already feel it all coming back. The cooking, the brewing, the fanciness. I love that Whole30 brings this out in me. I have a cooking monster just lurking beneath the surface and I kinda like it.

I made the most delicious meal for dinner out of fresh ingredients from my shopping expedition.
