She took me to a super authentic yum cha place close to where she lives. It was so so good. So not Paleo, but worth it. We ate various types of dumplings and buns. Different kinds just kept coming out. We persevered and were about to burst by the end. When I calculated the conversion (not the easiest task), I was surprised to see it was about $12 altogether. Wow.
A quick stop at Muji for some delightful Japanese linen and I was on my way to the airport. I think I'll be back to this crazy city soon though. I just might come volunteer for a few weeks after my contract. Who knows!?
