Tonight I had impromptu galbi tang (short rib stew) with Suyun on my way home from school. It was a hot meal that I didn't have to cook to warm the cockles.

It was great to get one on one time with her outside school. I really like her a lot.

I set her up with Janet to possibly adopt Boppy, Jan's dog. I hope it works out. It'd be a strange connection, but I'd love it.

A breakfast fit for a Monday morning.
