I don't think people understand how much I love kimchi. But not the store-bought stuff. The legit, laboriously prepared-at-home stuff that's made with love and a whole lot of elbow grease.
Tonight I had my first taste of the kimchi Suyun's mum made for me and it is insanely delicious. Some of the best I've had.
