Anyhow, I made roast chicken and spinach salad which they absolutely devoured. It was so successful that I was dragged to the supermarket afterwards to help buy ingredients so SuYun could duplicate it this weekend.
High praise indeed!
We walked along the stream by my house and I returned alone. It was so nice to be outside, surrounded by green, and just stroll along with my thoughts. I had left my cellphone at home which helped because there was no temptation from pure thinking.
